Triplink Affiliate Link Automation Service Terms of Use
1. Introduction

Triplink manages centralized relationships with affiliate networks and suppliers. The Service tracks affiliate commissions earned from these links and facilitates payments to you based on the commissions earned.
3. Use of the SDK
- Installation: You agree to integrate the SDK provided by us into your website as per the instructions provided.
- Functionality: The SDK will automatically convert eligible links on your site into affiliate links. We will determine which links are eligible for conversion based on our affiliate network partnerships.
- Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the SDK complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to affiliate marketing and consumer disclosures.
4. Centralized Affiliate Relationships
- Management: Triplink maintains and manages relationships with affiliate networks and suppliers. You are not required to engage directly with these entities.
- Supplier Terms: You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the suppliers whose links are converted into affiliate links by our Service.
5. Commission and Payment
- Commission Rate: You will earn 85% of the affiliate commissions generated through the converted links on your site. We retain a 15% service fee. This means that if you earn £100 in affiliate commissions, you will receive £85 and we will retain £15. You don't have to pay anything upfront to use the service. We only take a percentage of the commissions you earn.
- Payment Terms: Payments will be made to you monthly, provided the total commission earned meets the minimum payout threshold of £50. If your earnings do not meet the threshold, the amount will roll over to the next month.
- Payment Methods: Payments will be made via bank transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
- Payment Disbursement: All payments will be disbursed by Triplink on a monthly basis.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes or charges related to the commissions earned.
6. Data and Privacy
- Tracking Data: By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data regarding link conversions and affiliate commissions. This data will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
- Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle personal information. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the SDK, and any content or materials provided by Triplink are and will remain the exclusive property of Triplink and its licensors.
- License: Triplink grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the SDK on your website solely for the purpose of participating in the Service.
- Trademarks: You may not use Triplink's or the Company's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary marks without our prior written consent.
8. Service Performance and Availability
- Performance: Triplink will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available and performs as described. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Downtime: Triplink may need to suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance or updates. We will endeavor to provide notice of such downtime, but it may not always be possible.
